including approvals, compound wall, borewell, and

In a labour contract, you supply all materials
yourself and pay the contractor for labour only.
You are responsible for procurement, quality checks,
and coordination. In turnkey construction, one
company supplies all materials and manages all
labour — you have one contract and one point of
accountability. Turnkey is more expensive per sq ft
but significantly less stressful and carries full
builder accountability for quality and timeline.

A complete turnkey package covers architectural
design, MUDA plan approval coordination, foundation,
all structural work, plastering, flooring, plumbing

written warranty. Typical exclusions are government
approval fees, compound wall, borewell, BESCOM

floor home takes 6 to 8 months. A G+2 takes 12 to
14 months. Add 45 to 90 days for MUDA plan approval
